Nefeli grew up in Rhodes and studied Chemistry at the University of Athens. She recently completed her graduate studies in Molecular Biomedicine at the Medical School of the same University, and she dreams of pursuing a PhD in Biochemistry. Outside of the lab, she sometimes remembers to practice her French and the piano. Her cooperation with SciCo started after her participation in the “second wave” of the SciCo Ambassadors project, in October of 2016- and it has given her the opportunity to combine her creativity with her love for science and its communication to the public!
